The Credit Guarantee Company in Egypt (CGC) is an Egyptian, private joint stock company established in 1989 in accordance with the provisions of the effective laws in the Arab Republic of Egypt and in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Joint Stock Companies, Limited Partnership by Shares, and Limited Liability Compa nies promulgated by Law No. 159 of 1981 and its implementing regulations and the articles of association taking into account the provisions of Law No. 95 of 1992 and its executive regulations.
